To read the government trademark information for Steven MacTavish

1.  Go to the US Patent and Trademark Office at http://www.uspto.gov/

2.  On the left side, click on TRADEMARKS

3.  Select  Search TM Database (TESS) from the dropdown

4.  Select Freeform Search (Advanced Search) from the list

5.  In the box next to SEARCH TERM, type in      MACTAVISH   and click the Submit Query button (it doesn’t work with hitting just enter on your keyboard)

6.  Review #s 1,2,4,5,6,7,8,19,20,21   There may be more, but I quit at having to stomach this many.

RREMEMBER - Steven MacTavish has no rights to anything owned by or published by DHA - and that INCLUDES the newsletter “Non Oblitus.” The dates he used to substantiate most of his “registrations’ can only be applicable to the DHA - NOT any actions by Steven MacTavish or his CMUS or any other organizations owned and operated by him and his family. He was never involved with DHA or Clan MacTavish until after is father passed away due to a family split where they hadn’t even spoken for about 10 years. So, his claims are as bogus as everything else he does. We have the proof, but not the money to take it to trademark court.
