1. Steven has no chiefly authority outside of Scotland. In Scotland, he has the authority to remove individuals from his clan, but no authority over a separate organization. Using his position as “chief” is an abuse of implied authority. He cannot “disavow” an organization.
2. DHA has been supporting “Clan MacTavish” since 1997 - it is in our founding documents - where Steven was never involved in supporting the clan he now leads into division and ignominy.
3. DHA has been supporting the re-establishment and growth of Clan MacTavish for 10 ½ years - without
it, there would have been no membership list, newsletter (name),website, domain name, nationwide
